The following is a request by Fishers Island Waste Management District for sitework proposals. Bids will be opened on October 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm at the Fishers Island Community Center on Fishers Island. Please submit your bid by October 13, 2026, at 4 pm. If mailing your proposal, “bid enclosed” must be printed on the outside of the envelope. If emailing your proposal, “bid enclosed” must be typed in the subject line.

Subject to all the terms and conditions set forth therein, the undersigned or their agent makes the following offer for the selected item listed below (not required to bid on all items): __________________ proposes to execute the sitework outlined below at the Fishers Island Waste Management District Compost Station, Fishers Island, NY during the period of October 15, 2026, to November 20, 2026.
Objective: Launch pilot phase of multi-year native plant berm along the northern edge of the Compost Station

3. $__________ Coordinating removal and replacement with an on-site-support of FIWMD’s landscape consultant
