The following is a request by Fishers Island Waste Management District for Ultra-Low Sulfur Fuel bids
for the period of April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2027:
- The supplier awarded the contract shall provide verification of the rack price for Ultra-Low Sulfur from a trade paper publication and present this verification again with the delivery slip at the time of delivery.
- The supplier awarded the contract shall either be on a monthly or an “on call” schedule with FIWMD.
- Ultra-Low Sulfur Quotes will be opened on March 6 at 1 pm at the Fishers Island Community Center on Fishers Island. Please submit your bid by March 5, 2025 at 1 pm. If mailing your proposal, “bid enclosed” must be printed on the outside of the envelope. If emailing your proposal, “bid enclosed” must be typed in the subject line.
