Summary
Fishers Island Waste Management District (FIWMD) is looking for temporary casual labor to work at both the Compost and Transfer Stations performing a range of light and heavy manual tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Conscientious and friendly with customers and fellow team members, excellent time management, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.
Time Commitment
Minimum 12 hours a week, with flexibility to cover additional shifts at short notice.
Initial schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, with potential to increase based on availability and need.
Compensation and Terms
Starting at $22/hour
